Student Policy
In Person AND Zoom lessons available.
Payment
You have the option of paying per lesson or in bulk with a package deal. If paying per lesson, payment is due before the start of your lesson. If paying for a package plan, the total amount is due prior to your first lesson.
Missed Lesson & Make-Up Lesson Policy
Lessons can be made up as long as notice is given and it is within the listed time frame.
Feel free to reach out to me directly to cancel or reschedule. You have 45 days to make up the lesson.
Lessons will not be made up and will be forfeited for the following reasons:
Not showing up for your lesson and no notice given
If something comes up and you forget to cancel/reschedule
Please note that if you sign up for monthly lessons, you are not booked for a new set of lessons until payment is made. If you decide to take a break, you may do so. If/when you decide to come back I cannot guarantee your original time slot will still be available. I will be more than happy to make arrangements to try and fit your scheduling needs.
No refunds on bundled lessons. If you choose to discontinue lessons prior to your last one, you may still come back at a later time and utilize your last paid lesson. You may be entitled to a refund when a bundled lesson is purchased and your first lesson had not begun yet.
There will be no lessons on the following Holidays:
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
